Great Product!

I wish all products delivered so completely on their promises. Turbotax makes it almost fun to do my taxes every year. It's clear, simple, and very fast to get through some occasionally murky tax scenarios. I am a loyal customer, and I cannot imagine doing my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Easy, comprehensive, confidence inspiring

I've used TT for 6-7 years but I am VERY disappointed I had to purchase and upgrade my Mac to OS 10.7.5 in order to use the Turbo Tax product which I had already purchased. Now, some of my other programs won't work.
You should have done a better job alerting Mac users that TT won't work on many of our existing operating systems. I'll be spending hours trying to fix things.

We've been using turbo tax for several years and have been very satisfied with it. A little surprised this year that the fee for filing the state return increased but oh well.

My preferred tax advisor for over 25 years!

I have been using this product for more than 25 years, and I am happy to report that it just keeps getting better. Even though the tax laws continue to get more complicated, TurboTax anticipates the changes and adapts its product, staying current with new technologies. I still hate doing my taxes, but can't imagine what they would be like without this venerable partner.
What's great about it: Competently guides you through every step
What's not so great: Sometimes you just don't know what you don't know

It was easy enough to use...

I plan to use this again. So much cheaper, and more thorough than the kiosk at the mall. When I had a question, I had a short wait, and a real person was able to answer.
What's great about it: Everything was spelled out, step, by step.
What's not so great: Every time I opend the program it needed to do updates.

Easier Than Expected

I was worried about the changes to TurboTax from the emails I received, having been a TurboTax user for many years. When I heard about the changes to the Deluxe version I had already purchased it but had not yet used it. I am happy to report that when I did get to sit down and do the taxes everything went smoothly and I had no problems. Same great experience I have always had. I intend to continue using TurboTax each year. Thanks for a great product!
