Easy

Quite satisfied. The 'What's this' links are far better than years past. While I still have some doubts about what I am doing with it, it is far clearer than years past. I'm sure it will keep improving, and maybe one day it will even be enjoyable to do taxes . . . .
What's great about it: Easy to use. Improved clarity and simplicity.
What's not so great: Could not import quite a bit of interest income info

Turbo Tax makes it easy to handle my taxes on my own time. I love the prompts and explanations guiding me throughout the process

I have used this product for years, and have found it to be easy and relatively quick. I like that it goes step by step, even though I would rather skip some of the steps. It just might same me some money.

So Easy to Use!!

What's great about it: I've been using TurboTax for 20+ years. Very quick and easy to navigate!
What's not so great: Entering info for my "on the side" part time business can sometimes be confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Worked well, makes a painful process painless! I cannot imagine any reason for trying to do your taxes by hand or paying someone to do your taxes for you. I can remember the pain of trying to do your taxes by hand, many confusing nights and then not sure you did them right and then only to pay someone several hundred dollars just to be sure!
What's great about it: easy to use, good guilds throughout the process
What's not so great: None that I saw

Using Turbo Tax year after year, means I can finish my taxes in under an hour. I love that it walks me thru the sections and compares the current year to the past year.
