Healthcare Exemption Form

All went nicely until applying for the exemption on the healthcare so the penalty could be waived. The form never downloaded, even after I removed the files and chose I print my own copies. Then when I went to the beginning of the form and filled out even more information, it finally downloaded but it was filled out incorrectly. I have been working on this for 4 hours. Is it Intuits website or is it the health care website. I will continue to try and resolve the problem.

Refund processed quickly

TurboTax refund process went quickly, however, I was surprised it didn't remember me from last year. It usually remembers each year I have filed with TurboTax. I will still use TurboTax, as it easy to use and my refund is sent quickly. I don't understand why I have to pay $19.99 for the state filing, when I have paid $49.99 for the software. I hear so many people don't have to pay to file their taxes with other services. Other than those two minor issues, I am fine with TurboTax and recommend it to others.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: TurboTax didn't remember me from last year
