Turbo Tax

If you had a link to download the updated software it would have been easier to do.
What's great about it: Software is easy to use
What's not so great: Problems with software needs to be updated faster, Had problem with downloading State Taxes. could have had a link.

Great Donation Calculator

I made a lot of donations of household items and this feature was new this year. I had to do them by hand via a spreadsheet then enter them as total amounts last year. Much better to have it integrated into TurboTax. :)
What's great about it: Was easy to enter items donated and have values calculated for you!

Quicker and Easier every year!

We have been using Turbo Tax for over a decade and would never think of changing! Especially since every year, this product gets easier and quicker to use.
It saves us so much time when it automatically transfers our data from the previous year and automatically finds our W-2s on the internet!
And when we didn't know how to find an answer about the blank box on a gambling W-2G form, the answer was right there in the help box. What a relief!
Also found helpful tips on where to find the various ABA routing numbers for direct deposit. We always thought it was just the one printed on our check and found out otherwise...thanks Turbo Tax for all your help!

Never failed me!

I have been using Turbo Tax for about twenty years now. I have never been so at ease during tax time. Between the help line and ease of use, I do not stress the way I used to when I was younger. This is very important to me as I get older. Who needs the extra stress, and why blow money on someone who's using Turbo Tax as a platform. I'll be using them for years to come.
What's great about it: Quick and easy. Love the detailed explanations.
What's not so great: They've been steadily improving since the 90's, so I have none.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Reminded me of deductions I did not think about and help me increase my return over last year.
What's great about it: Walks me right through the process and compares against last year
What's not so great: Gives me last years IRS pin. still have to call in for the new one

Overall easy to use and migrate previous year's information
What's great about it: Get your information together and answer a few easy questions
What's not so great: Paying extra for state returns and paying again to e-file state returns
