Great tax software and online support

We have been long time Turbo Tax customers because we can do our taxes with electronic help, and count on the accuracy. The cost is far less than a tax professional and since we are in a tax bracket where we always pay, we don't need to worry about esoteric deductions being missed.
What's great about it: fast, correct, connected to support
What's not so great: bring back next year planning tools

A great program that walks you step through step and catches any item you may have missed. Have used TurboTax for years and will again next year.

Easy, with some glitches

Have used Turbo Tax for years. It's quick and easy. On this year's version, on my laptop, the forms did not load for viewing or printing on multiple tries. Will exit and try again later.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to follow, love the comparison to LY
What's not so great: Forms (to review or print) did not load on multiple tries

Software was easy to use. I've used Turbo Tax for many years now, and it's always been reliable and easy to use.

Easy to file

Turbo Tax is a quick and reliable program to use for filing your taxes. It prompts you for every possible deduction and explains them in great detail so there is no confusion as to whether or not you qualify for the deduction. Great program as usual, and we as a family have been using this great tool for as long as it has been available and will continue to do so.
