As usual, T.T. has met and exceeded my expectations.
What's great about it: Menus are clear and simple to follow
What's not so great: Difficult to see on computer. Font too small.

SUPER HELPFUL!!!

I am a 43 yr old woman still helping support my 24yr old daughter who has chronic health issues and it has been an eventful (and a little stressful haha) year as I worked full time and began nursing school. I always do my own taxes with Turbo Tax, but was a little apprehensive about trying to figure out what, if any, education expenses I would be able to claim (and if that would help me receive a refund). IT WAS SO EASY!!! Doing my taxes this year was just a smooth as every other time I have used Turbo Tax- the program goes step by step and offers explanations for their criteria (which is extremely helpful) for anything you are not quite sure about. Turbo Tax truly is as user friendly as you could possibly get and, again, the built-in answers/criteria descriptions are not only helpful but detailed and easy to understand.
What's great about it: step by step; easy language

I have been using turbo tax for at least 15 years and I wouldn't use anything else to do my taxes.
What's great about it: This program talks you through every step and makes taxes easy

Have been using you guys for the last 3 yrs and I am happy with you guys. But these pass 2 yrs I have not been reciving 1 free State as it is stated on the software. Other than that it is a very understanding software.
What's great about it: easy process to complete taxes
What's not so great: No free State filing
