I love how things just get easier and easier each year. I've used Turbo Tax for many years and I feel very comfortable with my results.
They just need to watch for the really little niches like state credits for rentals.

What's great about it: Most everything about it.
What's not so great: No reference to Arizona rental deduction.

Since I am not an accountant I found TT easy to use and helpful in assuring I have all my deductions. Am a repeat user.My only concern is the possibility of future hacking.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have always had good results. If help is ever needed it is always there. An excellent tax return program by Intuit.
What's great about it: After entering all info it will review and ask questions so that everything is covered.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything

Peace of mind with Turbo Tax

Filing my yearly tax return causes major stresses in my life. I am willing to pay my "fair" share but I do not want to pay a penny more. I do not have or know a tax professional and I do not think my tax situation is special or (should be) difficult. Turbo Tax gives me confidence that my yearly tax return is correct. And, for a reasonable fee, they will support me if the IRS has questions or audit my return.
What's great about it: In a country that has an unacceptably difficult and confussing tax system Turbo Tax confidently walks me through it.
What's not so great: Some areas of the tax code I just have "blind" trust Turbo Tax is correct

E-File does not work for older PCs

I have an old slow PC, and efile simply does not work . Internet on that PC is great, but the e-file code is NOT.
What's great about it: covers all instruction
What's not so great: E-file is horrendous

Pain Relief

Turbo Tax has grown and improved so much since I used it the first time back in the 90's. Each year it seems that something has been made clearer, easier, less time consuming. Unlike many programs where the changes appear to create confusion - fixing something that ain't broke - Turbo Tax smoothly improves upon an already outstanding product. As a single, 65 year old Mom, still raising children, the cost savings is a major consideration. Turbo Tax has saved me thousands over the years I've used it. Can you tell that I'm impressed?? Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: Smooth transitions from section to section, timely hints, fast answers, clear and concise layout.
What's not so great: None I can think of...

Two years, still great

Two states, multiple incomes, itemizing, home owner. Lots of donations. All of it was easy.
What's great about it: incredibly easy even with slightly complex taxes
What's not so great: some inconsistent feedback

Speed and Accuracy

My brother in law filed his taxes with Turbo Tax last year only to find someone else had filed it already and had received his tax refund. The issue is still not solved. The identity thief used Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very fast and efficient
What's not so great: Not sure if Turbo Tax is as safe as it used to be.
