HSA language hard to follow

I started my taxes several weeks ago and because I could not determine if I was doing the HSA correctly I kept putting it off. Even today as I finished them I still wasn't 100% certain I had done it right. Had to print off a 1040 and 8889 with directions from the internet in order to feel like I had it right. PLEASE make this easier to understand next year.

Need features

Need to make the Deductions and Homeowners version State file to more than on filing, due to having kid and young adults still in the household.
This would be a major change and a most helpful one!!!
What's great about it: fairly easy,
What's not so great: Going through the different income and deductions file, it takes you back to the start of the file, should fix this.

I was surprised at the improvements this year. I didn't think filing could get easier than last year, but the improvements this year were even better. Thanks Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax - Not Just For The Experts

Over ten years ago I had used an accountant to do my taxes. Due to the nature of my return, the accountant advised me to purchaqse a tax software program. I did my research and I chose Turbo Tax. I have used it ever since and I have been very satisfied. This year I filed my return online. It was accepted by the IRS on a Sunday and on Friday of that week I received my refund. Either the IRS trusted my return or they trusted the claculations of Turbo Tax. Either way, as a tax payer, I was extremely satisfied.
What's great about it: Accurate, Economical,Detailed

That was ehausting

I always love how easy it is with Turbo Tax. I had a little difficulty downloading the second state and kept getting an error when trying to file the state returns (my computers problem, not TT) The CS folks were absolutely amazing and didn't get impatient with my incredibly slow computer. We had some very nice conversations while waiting for my computer to reboot a couple times. Jamie and Erika were both so nice to work with. I hope all of your agents are that friendly and helpful.
What's great about it: It's always easy to figure out all of the info I need.
What's not so great: It was confusing having to do 2 different states but I think we did ok. Had some trouble downloading
