Have used for years, seems to add more STUFF to read and review, but probably caused by IRS.

This year, Turbo Tax addressed the new health Ins, laws. It made it so easy to understand and helped me fix a simple mistake in minutes before I submitted my Fed and State taxes. I was completely done with my taxes and had everything submitted in 1 1/2 hours.
What's great about it: If there is a problem, it finds it and tells you where to fix it. QUICKLY
What's not so great: I wish I had Turbo Tax 27 yrs ago when I started doing my taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Fast and able to do at home with not giving strangers your most important informatiom
What's not so great: Can't think of any!

This takes the confusion & scariness out of filing on own. You don't have to worry about missing a step or reporting something you shouldn't. Big plus, if you question anything you entered, you can hit the back button and verify/fix it immediately or catch it and fix it before anything is officially submitted.
What's great about it: Answers all questions, easy guidance

Almost Great!

Had I not went back and reevaluated my 2014 Turbo taxes I would have lost about $6000 in refund. Not sure why TT recommended us to file the incorrect way.
What's great about it: EZ to walk through and it asks good questions with descriptives to keep you safe.
What's not so great: It recommended us to file married filing separate when married filing joint got me $6000 more for my refund.
