Clear and Simple and Done

Turbo Tax makes your taxes something you can feel comfortable doing on your own. Questions are easily answered within the program, with related link if you still have questions. Everything is step-by-step if you need it, and skip ahead options if you don't, so it is very user-friendly for all of us! I feel like the program takes something overwhelming on paper to something you can do online with confidence. Customer service is amazing, and always friendly and patient, if you ever need it!!
What's great about it: Love the clear instructions and information with related links if you need more-I rarely have a question not answered.
What's not so great: Not a thing. :)

ALL IN ALL VERY GOOD.
What's great about it: All good-easy to use, helpful instructions, seems to cover everything.
What's not so great: no immedate assistence online that i saw.

It's as easy as they advertise it to be!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and it gets a little easier every year. It is easy to follow and understand. I plan on using it again next year.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step guidence through the entire process.
What's not so great: It cost to send state tax forms even though they are complete after filling in the info.

Frustrated with my refund

TurboTax needs to include a support phone line that you can talk to someone when you are having problems.
What's great about it: It is helpful in walking you through the stages of the return
What's not so great: It keeps telling me forms I need are not available

It took a LONG time to get the disk to start!

I would use TurboTax again.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions; program walks you through step by step.
What's not so great: Got a little confused when trying to claim loss as a result of theft
