Great start confusingMiddle Printing instructions

I found the instructions and most questions very simple and clear. However I have been working an hour and still can't print a copy.It is not my Printer

I've used Turbo tax for many years and it fills my needs for filing my federal taxes. There is no easier or cheaper was to deal with filing taxes.

Love TurboTax!

The beauty of TurboTax for a non-financial person like me is that it walks us through every possibility for both income and deductions and helps us remember little things like the tax paid on car registrations - things that are deductible and help us not get taxed twice!

Have used for years and recommended to others. Preparing your own taxes helps you know where your money comes from and where its going. Rather than just signing where an Accountant told you.
What's great about it: Quick and easy step through deductons. Like the the return amount tracker.
What's not so great: Helps ensure you won't be a con.

It's a great package, but you shouldn't add extra charges once you've paid for it. Efiling should be free once you have paid for the federal and state packages.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Helpful with 2 states
What's not so great: Too many extra fees. Once you buy the state, shouldn't be charged for efiling

I really enjoy all aspects of Turbo Tax and have used it for years. I can not imagine any necessary improvements that are all realistic until the tax code itself is simplified and streamlined( don't hold your breath). Thank You again Inuit

What's not so great: An immediate pop-up for obvious mistakes- not a biggie
