More Than We Expected!

We like the way the software leads you through the tax information but a few areas, like the education expense questions, were not explained clear enough to make us confident about the deduction.
What's great about it: Like the way this leads you through each category.

Sweet and Easy!

This version of TurboTax was the best ever! I found it so much easier to answer the more difficult questions because those questions had better wording and had been broken down into pieces. Great flow to it, Easy to follow instructions. Nice screen formats.
What's great about it: Answerable Questions, Easy to Follow, Quickly Done
What's not so great: Not Linked to Quicken. Kept having to scroll down screens

Turbo Tax Does Taxes Fast

Great way to get taxes done accurate and fast. Each year, the software is improved. Would like to see improvement on state tax section. Will continue to use and recommend to others!
What's great about it: More detail and explanations each year. Fast way to do taxes.
What's not so great: Need more detail and explanation on state forms.

Due to a few changes in my life over the last six months - I felt it necessary to work with Turbo Tax. I used it the previous year and was floored how easy everything was. The same can be said again. Though I may not have received any refund this time around, the peace of mind given that its done and over with far outweighs any other trouble down the road!
What's great about it: How simple it is to use and how well laid out it is.
What's not so great: Waiting for the tax updates (which I take it could not be helped).

MULTIPLE STATES MULTIPLE QUESTIONS

I LIVE IN MISSISSIPPI AND WORK IN MULTIPLE OTHER STATES. MY WIFE LIVES AND WORKS IN ARKANSAS TAKING CARE OF HER MOTHER. NITEMARE TO FIGURE OUT WHO OR WHAT GOES WHERE. WITH TURBO TAX I PUT IN THE VALUES GIVEN ON THE W2 AND TURBO TAX FIGURED OUT ALL THE REST.
What's great about it: ALL STATES FIT TOGETHER SO I ONLY HAD TO ENTER INFORMATION ONCE
What's not so great: ADDITIONAL COST FOR EACH STATE
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
