Turbo Tax Delux

I have been using Turbo Tax products for at least the past ten years that I can remember. It is a good product for the money and great for returns that are not to complicated. The only problem that I had with it and the IRS was quickly resolved and the company honed up to the fact that they had made a mistake in the way the program handled a specific issue. This was done before the IRS contacted me and I was able to resolve the issue by amending the return.
What's great about it: Straight forward Program
What's not so great: None to speak of

Rock Solid Program

I have used this product for since it's inception. Over the last 25 years it has had a hiccup or two. However, the team has consistently in the last 8 years added enhancements that have aided the average user in very frustrating IRS details and changes in the law. The expertise available is unprecedented. Great product -
What's great about it: Quick, pretty much as in-depth as an individual needs

Generally the actual process of filling out the forms was much improved since last year! The sidebar information was also in terms a normal person could understand. I understand that you don't want the print out your own copy too easy,so we might not e-file [esp. state form] Many people still fear doing online because of identity theft.I
What's great about it: Great knowledge and application with tax changage generally understandable for people who are not tax experts!
What's not so great: Printing out a paper copy for the customers records-almost impossible!!! We do have a common setup with windows

2014 Taxes

As always (10+ year user) this package makes a necessary evil fairly easy. I just get easily confused when the different kinds of 1099Rs are filled out. 2 IRA's, 1 OPM & 1 military are just a little too much for me.
What's great about it: Easy to start, easy to stop & then start
What's not so great: Forms 1099R not real clear

Very easy and quick to use with prompts and questions that help insure you get every tax deduction and credit available. After many years of paying someone else to do our taxes, Turbo Tax was simple and cheap. I will be recommending this product to friends.

Turbo tax product is so easy to use. It covers all the required bases in a way which makes one feel very comfortable taxes are done accurately.
I especially like the way questions are asked that most would not even think when preparing taxes.
