Solid Refund

Turbo Tax was easy to use and helpful with explanations of things. My only issue was having to pay extra to file the state return, some other soft wares don't charge extra.
What's great about it: The step by step process made it user friendly
What's not so great: It seems some other software doesn't charge extra for state filing. Turbo Tax does.

Eliminated Tax Filing Stress!

I really like the walkthrough of all potential sources of income and deductions. It is very helpful to see the comparison between last year and this year to identify anything that I forgot. Almost missed a mortgage interest entry and caught it in the comparison to last year. Saved me $803.00!
What's great about it: User friendly walkthrough of everything.
What's not so great: There is nothing not to like.

The save sections could be a bit more user friendly, The printing /view section should be easier. I have the latest adobe XI. It was easier in 2013
What's great about it: everything was good until the printing/saving PDF stage

Simple for the tax-impaired

Nice, easy program that really does walk you through each step without overloading you with tax and legal jargon. If you know nothing about tax law, then this is the right program for you.
What's great about it: Very easy to use for tax-law-phobes
What's not so great: Takes forever to install

Close to perfect

There is no easier way to deal with the confusing and ever changing IRS rules. I've been using TurboTax for years and find it far easier than going to a professional, as well as easier than other products I've tried in the past.
Since taxes aren't likely to go away, this is worth the price.
What's great about it: Covers everything, spots potential problems, cheap
What's not so great: Printing could be easier

Great results--- again!!

Like this software, used to file from tax books and forms. Glad you have gone through all the appropriate tax forms and listed the ones that are needed for my circumstances. Much easier and less STRESS. Still have to gather all necessary records from the year and input but don't need to do all the computations for the special forms. GREAT!
What's great about it: Transfer last years info to speed up filing current return. Quick and easy.
What's not so great: Paying to file state return

Wham - Bam - It's Done!

I used TurboTax last year and the year before so the program loaded all of my personal information and made the process short and sweet! I saved over $150.00 by using TurboTax and it was much faster and I didn't need an appointment ten miles away!
What's great about it: Easy to follow and pre-loaded form last year
What's not so great: Can't think of any!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
