Completed my taxes very easily. No sweat!
What's great about it: Easy to do.
What's not so great: No problems noted.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Finally done!

Have used TurboTax for several years. Easy to use and is quicker and more accurate that looking up all the forms and doing it with paper. Was a positive change to move to TurboTax several years ago.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Accurate.

My 7th year filing with Turbo Tax

Even though I have not gotten a refund for the past several years, Turbo Tax has saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to pay the IRS had i prepared my own returns. Thanks, Turbo Tax for making a difficult task easier every year !
What's great about it: I had changes this year but TT anticipated my every question. I could never have completed my taxes without your help!
What's not so great: I can't recall anything that I did not like about the service.

have used TT since 1998 filing year & never had a problem - thx TT for stress-free filing

I have used TurboTax for at least 20 years. This year it was a total life saver. My wife was in long term care and without TurboTax i would probably have to hire a tax attorney or a CPA.
Not with TurboTax. Thank you!!!!!
What's great about it: Takes you through every thing in order
What's not so great: Sometimes harder to back to specific point and return
