User Friendly !

A good software to use . Makes the filing easier and keeps up with the latest Tax Laws by the IRS.
What's great about it: We are using the Deluxe Turbo Tax since 1995.. Always gives us the accuracy we need.
What's not so great: Sometimes the explanations are not sufficient enough to cover all situations and one has to explore.

Helpful but expensive

easy to use as ever but presumes and assumes a bit too often--questions and descriptions are phrased as though I should accept whatever has popped up from last year's tax return when, in fact, circumstances have changed--good that so many items are covered for Schedule A, but the cost of the Deluxe model seems high considering what I had been paying for home and business products in years past--good way to review when everything is entered and before filing--could do with fewer ads for more products during this process--
What's great about it: covered what I needed for this year
What's not so great: not enough help for carry forward items

I like using Turbo Tax. It is quick and easy if I have all my information at hand..
What's great about it: Followed through document easily
What's not so great: I had heard the State returns had errors in it. Did it? Does it?
