I'll stay with TurboTax, anyway

It would be faster if a way to evaluate need to enter deductions, ie; show how much different from last year would be needed.
Entering mileage for charitable deductions was confusing, and wasted time.
What's great about it: Fast, all inclusive
What's not so great: Could ask if deductions were similar, so could take standard deduction

It could really be simpler with better questions to help explain what you need. I would love if turbo tax came out with a spreadsheet of sorts that could be used all year long with what a person needs to keep and what records are important to help with deductions. So then when it is time to do your returns you have everything right there.
What's great about it: Quick and processes returns fast
What's not so great: Lots of confusing questions.

Been using TurboTax for many years. April 15 is easier to face with TurboTax

The Turbo Tax format works so well for the family man with a simple life style , some modest investments ,

See above. Spent 30 minutes or more going through all the red tape.

its good for a simple tax return... but it would be nice if there were more help on the deductions. I used HR Block tax software last year. I would like to be able to goback to a line Item and make a correction and then be done but it seams that I need to redo my taxes each time if I make an adjustment.
What's great about it: its easy to use if you have no deductions.
What's not so great: this does not make it easy to redo my form. Married Filing seperately . so I need to goback and adjust my work. a
