1099 confusion

I have a consolidated 1099 and could not figure out where to put all of the information. I only hope I got what was needed in the right place. My 1099 had many more boxes than the ones in the turbo tax program and I wasn't sure what to do with it all.
What's great about it: generally very easy to "walk" through, been using turbo for 9 yrs
What's not so great: all of the different 1099 forms need to be simplified,

No customer service number??

Don't like that there isn't a customer service hotline if I wanted to talk to a person, rather than wait for an email to answer my questions. Or even an IM feature would be nice.
What's great about it: pretty straight forward. Easy to understand, and go back. Like that it saves
What's not so great: Need further explainations on certain things.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easiest way to do taxes.....period!

Easy, awesome program to use for quick EZ tax filing. If you have more expenses to claim, then you'll have to file manually but it prints out the necessary forms to sign, attach W2's and mail in. Can't go wrong!
What's great about it: Data entry easy as long as you have all details ready (Quicken rocks)!
What's not so great: UGH-have to file manually since have more than 2 work expenses to report.

Quick and easy.

I had used turbotax once before, and this time decided to use the Deluxe edition.. It was easy and very quick, and I believe that they helped me get the maximum possible refund amount.
Couldn't have been any more simple. Recommended highly.
What's great about it: Finished very quickly, got more than I was expecting.
What's not so great: None really..

Need to Simplify Input for Charitable Contribution

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and am generally pleased with it. One of the areas that needs improvement is in the input of charitable contributions, which is quite cumbersome since you need to enter each item on a different page. I have suggested several times now that the input be more in the form of a spreadsheet format where you can list all of your contributions on one page and you can then sort them alphabetically. Also I would suggest that there be some fort of formula tracking where you could click on a line in the final 1040 and you would be directed to the input point that created that result, thereby simplifying input error correction.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow Instructions

Good except for!

I have used this program for years, and I also donate to my charities every year. When TuboTax first came out with ItsDeductable in the downloadable version it was a great tool. But when you switched to the online version it became slower and more cumbersome. I don't know who's idea that was, but you should at least give us users the choice of downloading or using the online version. However I would bet that you would not need the online version once a person used the downloaded one.
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow
What's not so great: ItsDeductable not like is used to be~
