Easy when everything is going right, but impossible to get rid of an unnecessary form that was used in prior years (schedule C). Very frustrating. Cost of filing state taxes was half of the total refund amount! Ridiculous!
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Filing expensive. Can't get rid of forms used prior years but not in current year. (E.g., no longer have same job)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall good but with some hang ups

The Turbo tax experience was overall easy. The problem was with the updates. I had a lot of trouble getting those to download. I had difficulty finding the manual patch for this year's updates on line. The "ask a question forum" on the website frequently referred to 2013 or older issues even when I indicated 2014 in the question. That was the most frustrating part. However, when I called customer service, I was able to get the updates quickly and without hassle. The customer service agent Dominic (?) was very professional and guided me through the process quickly. Overall, I would still use this product next year.

What's great about it: guides you through and gets you the best refund
What's not so great: buy every year wish you could just buy updates
