Good but not Great

The experience this year, was comparable to last years. Turbo tax does a great job of making it very user friendly and easy to file your own taxes.
I would have given a 5 star review if we are filing jointly that I could pull in my spouses information from last year. We both used turbo tax, so I just had to manual input but still would have been easier.
What's great about it: Simplicity in going through deductions
What's not so great: Can't import husbands information when filing jointly

Turbo Tax - Easy, Fast & Accurate

In 2013, Instead of getting the Turbo Tax Disc for Federal & State, I filed through the Intuit site. VERY Costly to file and worthless for this years taxes as I was unable to transfer 2013 information to the program downloaded from the disc.
Once saved, it is easy to go back and make changes if necessary. This year, it was necessary and it took me only 3 days total to file, correct, file and finally accepted.
I'm looking forward to the small return we will be getting, thanks to Turbo Tax walking me through each and every possible credit and deduction. We now will be able to afford a Hearing Aide for my husband.
What's great about it: No more researching through the Paper Instructions!
What's not so great: Unable to Transfer 2013 Tax Information

Used this program for years...always easy

I LOVE this program. All my family members use this as well. It's always up-to-date and has all tax laws included that may have changed or been modified since the previous year.
What's great about it: so very easy to read and understand each step...kudos Turbo Tax!
What's not so great: unable to access other returns

First Return for TY 2014

I have used Turbo Tax for approximately 10 years. The program looks cleaner, neater, sleeker each succeeding year!!
The only real issue I have is as I work through the Deductions section, when I am done with one sub-section, the program always returns to the very first deduction sub-section requiring me to scroll through the entire, growing list of deduction subjects. I'd like to see the program return to the next deduction sub-section instead of scrolling through the entire list..
What's great about it: Very simple; eliminates the complexities of tax law.
What's not so great: Must scroll through ALL deductions when starting a new deduction section.

Just as Expected

A lot of people didn't like the fact that the deluxe version took some of the forms away and I was fortunate enough that, that issue was not the case. As always I was able to do my taxes in about 15 minutes and received the results I was anticipating. I can't complain other than the fact that I think the service is a little too much, but I have to remember I'm paying for the convenience.
What's great about it: Ease, Quick, Cost, Convenient
