Some Issues with Turbo Tax

Everytime I log into Turbo Tax it asks if I want to update but it doesn't provide a refusal. Only way I can get back in Turbo Tax is to accept the updates which takes about 5 minutes. This happens even if I only want to revise a written word or number.
What's great about it: Covers all of my tax income and deductionis
What's not so great: Updates cannot be passed on.

A lifesaver

This was so helpful as I had many itemizations. Thank you Turbo tax for making it so easy.
What's great about it: ~Walked me through all of the questions. Double and triple checked to make sure all questions were answered.

great program but would have been even easier if there had been a pre check list of informaion i was going to need that i could have had ready and would have saved time in completing

Better than other products, definitely less expens

Overall it was very good. I have used turbo tax for decades on and off both for pcs and macs, also used other products twice and they certainly were no better, yet more expensive...
What's great about it: downloads / updates were much faster than previous years and there were a lot less updates
What's not so great: moved around a bit from auto to forms mode and wsa never clear how to get back or close an open page

Comfortable to Use

TurboTax is an old friend that I'm comfortable with. It has evolved slowly so that my yearly learning curve was easy to take. The interview approach is good, and the option to go ahead on my own is good, too. I recommend it for the computer user with average skill. And, I recommend it for the taxpayer who files on the expert or almost expert level each year.
What's great about it: Always showed the amount of my refund up to the moment
What's not so great: My optional supportive data appears in small font. I'd like option to increase that font size.

It is the best over the counter tax service we have ever used.
Turbo Tax walks you through each step thoroughly and provides all the extra questions customers need for not missing either income or deductions.
