Problems Loading Program

Every attempt at install the upgrades locked my computer up. finally had to run TurboTax w/o upgrades. Upgrades loaded only when I requested state forms.
What's great about it: Worked well with last years information. Once installed easy to use.
What's not so great: Fought loading the program for nearly 2 hours.

Easy Peasy!

I really enjoyed Turbo Tax and am going to purchase it again next year. It was extremely easy. The questions were clear, and there were many "explain this" links if you weren't sure what something was.
What's great about it: Led me step-by-step through my federal and state taxes. Enjoyed the main questions stated in bigger, bolder writing.

Turbo Tax The Best!

I have used Turbo Tax for years for me and my family. It is amazing the knowledge I have acquired as I research new situations that arise in our lives...like Business deductions, house and auto sales.
The first year requires additional input but in the following years it becomes an easier task when prior year information is brought forward.
Electronic filing is a breeze. If you follow directions and have all your info readily available Turbo Tax can turn the nightmare of tax filing into a more tolerable situation.

What's great about it: Step by Step and reviews prevent missed entries.

After spinning through your helpful worksheets three times i would like answers to the following
1.Are my Federal and state returns filed?
Why do you list a charge for the State returns when I have the Deluxe edition which stated the state return was included?

I've used TurboTax for the past four years and wouldn't do my taxes manually again. I have a fairly simple return, which works very well with the package.
What's great about it: Shows you what you did last year to prompt this year's information
What's not so great: None I found

Sticking with Turbo!!! Have used it in the past. My girlfriend loves it also.
What's great about it: Super easy

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I THOUGHT THE PROCESS WAS EASY TO USE, IT WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS STEP BY STEP.
IT WASN'T THE CHEAPEST WAY BUT IT WORKED AND I GOT A $240.00 REFUND ( YEAH )
What's great about it: EASY TO USE WALKS YOU THROUGH EVERY STEP

TT-2014 could not retrieve/ read tax file 2013
had to reinstall TT-2013 to read/print 2013 tax forms
What's great about it: easy maneuvering
What's not so great: need separate programs for different years
