Absolutely LOVE TURBOTAX

I've been using TurboTax for over 10+ years. It is the best way and I think the only way to educate yourself about taxes and to get the most deductibles possible. It's accurate and worth the investment.
What's great about it: EASY to use, great walk-thru and explanations

Taxes made easy!

I find the combination of Quicken data and the requested tax data a good fit. The definitions of the tax data was very easy to understand. The completion of the tax form as to review, check of entrees, the comparison of the year before to the tax year, and the ease of e-file makes the turbo tax federal return hard disc a good tool for submitting your taxes.
What's great about it: Required areas well defined.
What's not so great: It's taxes - whats to like.

Good but with small glitches

Overall a very good product. I have one issue - when I click on a question mark I did not always get a "pop-up". My machine is enabled and since some of them worked and others did not, I can only assume a glitch in the program? I will use Turbo-Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step process
What's not so great: Pop-ups did not function very well

Shocked by the amount I owed compared to 2013.

TurboTax offered no suggestions on how to lessen my tax liability and failed to inform me that I was assessed a penalty for not having enough taxes withheld to avoid the penalty. Did not find out until I printed a copy of my return.
What's not so great: Turbotax failed to tell me I was being penalized for not having enough taxes withheld
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Help line was great for first problem. I didn't call about the filing electronically. This is the first year I have had problem doing so.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to follow instructions and maximize the return
What's not so great: still have problem with filing electronically even after trying some trouble shooting.

Turbo Tax is Turbo Fast and Accurate

More understandable than a tax accountant. Work at you own pace to complete on time.
What's great about it: Ease of understanding, user friendly, ability to go at your own pace
What's not so great: Extra fees for filing with CC but understandable
