Done Turbo Tax Return successfully for many years and continuously felt the tax return processing became more easier and faster!
What's great about it: Taxing SOP easy and smooth
What's not so great: Minimize typing the details and digit numbers in boxes

I will always use Turbo Tax~it's so easy and they have thought of everything. Makes doing taxes fun!
What's great about it: So user friendly; love all the suggestions; feel like I am working with a live person!

I was told that if you can not said anything good about something, just don't. I just will never but Turbo Tax again.

Have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. Always easy and accurate. I tell co-workers how good it is.

Healt care deductions

When entering health care deductions the program should ask you if your health ins. premiums are pre or post tax. It does make a difference if you get notifications asking you to prove from your employer how your premiums are made.
What's great about it: Has an average handle on health care deductions
What's not so great: This may come back to bite you on returns
