don't know if this was turbo tax or our tax laws, but really a hassle
What's not so great: had to e-file because it was code j sick pay non taxable

Good experience. Quick and accurate while covering all the bases.
What's great about it: Transfer of info from previous year made starting quick & hassle free. Transfer of docs from institutions prevents error
What's not so great: Glitch Efile sign date enter 03/31/2015 nogo enter 3 for mth go then turbo shows date as first entered confusing

I found this version of Turbo to be harder to use than previously.

Quick and Easy, but. . . .

5th year i've used turbo tax, so familiarity made it even quicker. noticed this year that paging back sometimes took you back one page, sometimes back to the beginning of the section. Also no real info on how to mail state return-not worth 25 dollars efile for the small refund there. Am going to have to look up state mailing address myself.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: disorganized, mailing info

love all the details, takes a bit of time to get through, but covers a lot. I've used turbo tax since 2006, and there is no other way to go for me. Better detail, covers the bases, and hard to get cheaper done anywhere period!!
What's great about it: Covered everything
What's not so great: None really.....would rather take the time to say No than miss something

My 13 Years With Turbo

Will not use any other program. Have used this one for my family and my two sons business and my own.
found nothing I haven't liked about it until this year had minor glitch, took them a little while but they got it fixed.

What's great about it: easy, self explanitory anyone who can read can do their own taxes as long as they follow directions
What's not so great: not being able to sumit my jersey taxes over a small glitch.

Except for the need to contact the IRS hotline to clarify an issue with the ACA form completion, everything went well.

What's great about it: Accuracy and Simplicity
What's not so great: ACA 1095-A confusing this first time. Vague when needing to select percentages.
