Overall awesome product.
What's great about it: Very Intuitive
What's not so great: Screen pops back to the beginning of the income or deduction screen after inputting values
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My husband and I have used Turbotax for a long time. This year, though, my son had to do his first tax return (actually, I did it for him this year because I was filling out FAFSA and needed it quickly). In the FAFSA website, it asked for the number of exemptions that my son had on his 1040EZ. To make a long story short, FAFSA said that I could get the info on the 1040EZ Worksheet line F. Nowhere was there a line F in the worksheet that TT uses. I assumed that since my son could and is declared as a dependant on our taxes, that the exemption was zero. I just wanted to verify for sure, but there was nothing in TT to tell me for sure. This review is actually written from his tax return.

You make the difference in filing. Federal taxes are insanely complex, and you simplify and organize tax preparation so that a non-accountant or non-lawyer can manage to get through this process with a minimum of pain. I wouldn't try to do my taxes without Turbo-Tax. Thanx much, Norm Smith

Making Things Easier

It would be good if charities could be sorted alphabetically. Also, if a master selection (e.g., cash donation) could be selected, so that amounts could be added quickly instead of having several click through items, that would be helpful.
Overall, you have a great product.
