Filing Made Easy!

It's Deductible makes it so easy for me to claim my charitable contributions, especially non-cash donations. I also love how I can be led step-by-step through filing my returns.
Cons-it seems that this year the costs of filing went up, and when you add it all up, maybe I would have saved by going to someone.
What's great about it: It's Deductible, Step-by-Step Guidance, efiling
What's not so great: Cost of product, state filing and rapid refund

Good Stuff

The layout is great and follows the tax process through out. Explanations are thorough and detailed enough for our needs as retired home owners.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and much better than when you started this product years ago. I'm now a consistent user.
What's not so great: A lot less expensive that the cost of a hired CPA and suits our simple tax situation just fine.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

overall, great, but a print selection for each return would be very helpful if maid simpler

Fast and Friendly

This year I completed my returns in one day, ONE DAY! This unusual for me as I have to work a little then stop, rest etc. Today I just zipped through the questions and whammy, I was done. I usually double check my work, 3 or 4 times but today it was go over EVERYTHING ONCE and darned if everything was in order and completed and all I had to do was e-file both my Federal and State returns. Had to pay for the state return and audit defense but was worth the quick knowledge that my refunds may come back quicker and I rest knowing that Audit Defense may help me get out of any IRS/State audit problem that may occur in the future. Hoping that doesn't happen. Overall, I liked TY 2014 TurboTax better that the previous 15 years I've been using it. Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: asks pertenant questions
What's not so great: At some points asks what seems like redundant questions

Great process. Love using Turbo Tax, however I recommend that a button be placed to explain more for very young filers 18-21 year old personnel that are new to this.
What's great about it: Very Intuitive Process Helped a 21 Year Old
What's not so great: Some of the terms are new to a 21 year old
