Help section is terrible

We are paying for your expertise, yet your help information seems non existent unless we pay for all extra services. When I went to help, most of the same questions I had were already there, with an answer that these questions have not been answered. For a simple return Turbo tax has always been my choice because of the ease of following your guide and overall very few problems.
What's great about it: Easy guide through answers to file return
What's not so great: Help guide needs help

EXPLAINATION DEDUCTION WINDOWS PROBLEM

TAKE MORE CARE IN HOW EACH WINDOW OPENS ON ALL TYPES OF MACHINES. I USE MY LAPTOP AND IT WAS A BIG PAIN IN THE BUTT THAT I HAD TO MOVE MANY SMALL EXPLAINATION WINDOW UP TO GET TO CLOSE POINT.
I ALL SO DON'T WANT TO SPEND MORE ON YOUR DIFFIRENT TT PROGRAMS. I DONT NEED TO LEARN SOME THING NEW THAT WOULD TAKE MORE TIME TO DO. TT TIME IS ENOUGH TIME AND PAIN TO DO ANYWAY

What's great about it: EACH WINDOW HAD PREVIEOUS INPUT
What's not so great: EXPLAIN WINDOW NEEDS TO BE HIGHER SO NOT TO WASTE TIME MOVING IT UPON LAPTOPS

TT seems to get better each year. Didn't take the time to sort out all the issues with the differences this year and the several emails about it. I'd heard that the package included a free state efile, but didn't get it, maybe I was mistaken. Printing the state return for paper filing took a while.
What's great about it: Charitable donation deductions were easier this year
What's not so great: Printing the state return to file by mail did not go well. Did not get to e-file the state return.

I have recommended and will continue to recommend this product. It is easy to use.
What's great about it: step by step guide lines
What's not so great: hard to go back to correct or change an entry.

EXCELLENT, ALONG WITH IRS DESCRIPTIONS MAYBE YOU SHOULD ALSO GIVE LAYMENS TERMS OR SIMPLE ENGLISH NOT THE LAWYER JARGON. THANKS AGAIN

Great as expected!

I had purchased and downloaded my personal Turbo Tax 2014 and submitted my tax returns. Then I purchased and downloaded Turbo Tax Business 2014 and when I tried to go back into the personal return area, the business program took command. So I "uninstalled" the business program. It would be nice to be able to return the business program and get a refund of my purchase price since I couldn't use it. But, chalk that up to experience I guess.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Conflicted with Turbo Tax Business 2014
