easy as it can be to be free of tax worries

I love TT--- walk me thru everything... reminds me of those little things can really add up...
but most --- its the peace of mind from knowing you've done your taxes right -- and it didn't stress you out doing them

The Deluxe product is well laid out and walks you through the process, making filing your taxes as painless as it can be. I ran into two problems and sought assistance. The support staff was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Couldn't ask for more!
What's great about it: Support assistance.
What's not so great: Access to particular screens isn't always intuitive.

Excellent Program

Overall a great program for doing taxes. It looked at everything and helped me make decisions. The only fault was one return that could not be filed electronic coming up as a fault on reviews. That issue could not be fixed until you get to electronic filing.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data and love the continuous updates.
What's not so great: One state return could not be filed electronic and that kept coming up as a fault on the reviews.

When I need to add another Charity I would like an option to click on at THE TOP of the page in addition to the one WAY AT THE BOTTOM.

The algorithm that Turbo Tax has in place to guide you through the ins and outs of filing taxes is top notch.
However, as a student in my mid-twenties using my parents copy (and living at home), I think it's ridiculous that Turbo Tax doesn't allow me to file my own state tax return since there is apparently only 1 per copy.
What's great about it: Very Thorough
What's not so great: Only 1 state tax return per copy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
