Sad Year - No Refund

TurboTax enabled me to model probable finances for my retirement and schedule changes in payments for distributions from the IRA account and differing part-time work options.
This is a great planning tool as well as reliable tax partner.
What's great about it: Put me on top of income changes
What's not so great: State e-file fee is too high
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It's like "Tax Returns for Dummies"

I have been using Turbo Tax for years because I trust the process. I used to have my taxes done by a tax preparer because I did not fell confident in my ability to translate the tax forms to something I clearly understood. I do not fell that way using Turbo Tax. It presents the information in a format I can clearly understand and clarifies or answers any questions I have.
What's great about it: Walks me through the entire process and clarifies any questions I have
What's not so great: Haven't found any yet and been using it for years

THE ONLY WAY TO GO!

Overall it was easy for me to figure this out. It was far easier than the first time I used Turbo Tax. The only thing I found challenging was if I had a question was finding someone who could explain it to me.
What's great about it: It was the easiest time I had in filing my taxes.
What's not so great: Difficult to find someone to answer questions.

I have use Turbo Tax for years and I love it. You improve every year and make it easy and almost fun to file your taxes.
What's great about it: it is clear and easy to understand and very fast once you get started. I love how everything is explained.
What's not so great: It took a long time to load the program on my computer.

My Favorite Tax Program

I would recommend Turbo Tax product to anyone. I am a retired accountant and prefer using Turbo Tax because it is very user friendly and I have used it for several years.
The software walks you through the return feature by feature and double checks entries.
What's great about it: Loading software and use of product was very easy!
What's not so great: None

Stay away from the basic version and stick with the deluxe version. Far better.

EASY RETURN

Turbo tax is simple and easy to follow. With the current changes in the tax codes, Turbo Tax is always up to date.
What's great about it: EZ!
What's not so great: Include a blank set of vouchers. My income will be less in 2015.so my tax burden will be less.

Turbo Tax is the best tax refund software

Turbo Tax is the most user friendly, trustworthy tax software available. I have performed taxes for years and have tried other tax software's that were not user friendly and very difficult to prepare your taxes. Turbo Tax offers Audit Protection which gives you a piece of mind. I personally have Turbo Tax sent to me every year that is prepaid and all I have to do is download the program and start my taxes..
What's great about it: user friendly, audit protection, import W's (many more companies have the ability to be imported
What's not so great: I have prepared taxes for many years and i do not have any cons with Turbo Tax
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
