Errors

Guidance told me I could enter "various" for charitable donation dates but error check forced me to change to real dates. At this late date, that glitch should have been fixed already. Also, I keep finding cheaper prices for Turbo-tax than by buying direct from you. that shouldn't happen.

Fast, Easy & Accurate

I have used Turbo Tax for 12 years and I love it! I've never had any trouble with using it and always recommend it to everyone I know. I have my three children using it too. Turbo Tax never fails to satisfy me while doing my taxes. I hardly ever have a headache after filing my taxes with Turbo Tax since it is so easy and guided. It is idiot proof!
What's great about it: Accurate ,fast and easy to use
What's not so great: No cons in my opinion

It really is so easy. I have pretty extensive deductions and it walked me through it and made the process so easy.

Makes the annual chore as quick as possible

I would truly hate to have to collect all the necessary forms to file on paper. TT was quick to install, import last years info, import some of this years info, walk me through almost all the rest and E-file.
What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: Did not walk me through mortagage allowance form
Pros: I bought or sold investments

2014 taxes

This is a first for me. Always used a professional before. Was actually easier and smoother than I anticipated. Thanks.
What's great about it: User-friendly
What's not so great: Seemed slow to download at first.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

error messages not clear what to do

on health screen showed error and to go back page , went back and nothing to correct , finally just totally bypassed it. Also in the checked errors , showed what was to be corrected, but did not show page where it was located. I spent all day doing this and it should have taken me an hour tops.
