Finished in record time

Overall turbo tax was much easier, the directions were more concise, as were the answers. Only twice I wasn't sure what I was being directed to do I used the pull down menu and the answers were there with a list of what I needed explained what information went where. Good job, it made the time to do my taxes much faster. which I like because I really hate doing taxes in the first place.
What's great about it: Directions and qestions were easier to understand.

I have never been let down!

I have use Turbo Tax year after year - I tried another product and it was not as user friendly and it missed some deductions. For a busy mom of 5 this provides me the ability to work at my own pace, when and where I want and to feel confident in my return.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, confident

I had used TaxCut for years ... this is easier and explains corrections/errors instead of making me hunt down the issue.

Real Easy To Do

It was so easy to use. TurboTax walks you thru the whole process. All you have to do is follow instructions as they come up.
What's great about it: Simple
What's not so great: Had to pay for state return, it's not included when you buy federal.
