This drives me crazy that I need to list the HSA provider and I always need to go back and add this info. Why doesn't this filed automatically populate based on prior year info. Need greater attention to the question and answer for HSA... most of these questions should auto-populate based on info provided on my W2.
What's great about it: very fast
What's not so great: If I claimed it last year don't ask me this year

Disappointed In Not Being Able To EFile This Year!

Up to the point of not being able to EFile this for the First Time this year only, everything went extremely well!
I don't understand why, all these years I have been using Turbo Tax, that this year I can't EFile, while using the same PC that I used in prior years using Turbo Tax and EFiling every year!!!!!
I was looking forward to getting the$200.00 in Amazon Gift Cards and now I cannot, because I have to mail in the paperwork and wait 4-6 weeks for our Refund!!!
I will be sure to warn others about this Glitch that started this year only if you have a PC that is connected to your Fast Wireless Router and you use Turbo Tax!!!!!
I will have to rethink about using Turbo Tax next year!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps and the Customer Service Personnel Sonya and Brian were Outstanding!!!
What's not so great: I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Intuit Turbo Tax that I cannot EFile this year, unlike in previous years!!!!!!!

I have being using Turbo Tax since it started in the 70's as a tester and I would not use any other system.
I love the system.

Overall I still like the product, but was disappointed with the changes made this year to the program.
What's great about it: Makes it easy to do your taxes.
What's not so great: Didn't like changes to the software, or the price increase.

I use Turbo Tax every year and have always been pleased. It's simple, quick and has help to guide you in scenarios where you may have questions.
What's great about it: Quick, simple, straightforward
What's not so great: haven't found any

Love this software. Allows you to enter all your data and see you return dollars in the top box. Make filing electronically very easy and the return show up in your bank account really fast. Also the software makes no mathematical errors. This software makes it easy for most returns and should be used by everyone
What's great about it: It walks you through all the questions so you get proper deductions. Also has the total retrun $ as you input your numbe
What's not so great: tyry harding to answers to hard questions is reall
