More annoying every year

Turbo Tax gets more annoying every year. *Any* cloud storage is inhearently insecure. Please remove it. I should not have to log in to your severs to encrypt a file. Stop it.

What's not so great: log in to encrypt, intuit cloud

2014 Tax

Overall, very good. But when It asked me to put some info in a form that was for my records and later after I finally figured out I entered local wages in the wrong place I could not find my way back to that form. But it didn't seem to affect my return.
What's great about it: User Friendly if you put correct info in the first time.
What's not so great: Having to go back to the beginning to really check your inputs;

Passed with flying colors

The only problem I had was when I tried to obtain two pin numbers for a joint return from the IRS site. I received one but ran into "technical difficulties" when submitting information for the second. Since I wasn't sure how I could e-file with only one number, I am mailing hard copies. Overall, everything went smoothly.
What's great about it: Walkthough was very intuitive and clear, thorough error-checking throughout the process

Medical and Health expense

HSA account statement shows total distributions but I did not receive a 1099-SA. Qualifying expense distributions went to over 30 medical expense providers. Turbo Tax only ask for who distribution went to once.
What's great about it: Asks questions about specific types of expense
What's not so great: doesn't allow preview of calculations needed in advance
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When trying to e-file it kept asking me for credit card or to take out of refund. I tried to click on the credit card but it kept erroring so I could not file it electronically. There should not be an additional fee for filing state. The only way I could get my federal to file was to select not to do state at this time. Very disappointing in your product with it's filing process.

TurboTax Deluxe

I usually have a tax guy do my taxes because just the idea of dealing with the mind-numbing details and the loss of time it requires from my life to complete made the money spent on a tax service worth it, but tried TurboTax Deluxe and was pleasantly surprised. We got through it and lived.
One suggestion to Intuit: Because we owed money this year, maybe offer a tax autopsy section that makes suggestions on what steps to take this year that may help in avoiding having to pay so much in taxes the following year.
What's great about it: Helped clarify tax areas that make tax time so burdensome
What's not so great: None we have

A good product and has been for years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and complete
What's not so great: When openning a section to review, you must answer the follow-up questions all ver again; even after saving the file.
