Did my taxes and e-filed in less than two hours. W-2 and other account information downloaded without having to enter everything, no mistakes. Very easy tax prep!
What's great about it: Easy and thorough, pulls relevant info from previous years and interview helps remind you of all areas to cover.
What's not so great: None

Whitney was extremely helpful in processing charges via credit card for state filing over the phone. My computer would not let me pay electronically for some reason. It blocked me from getting into that screen stating "check your internet connection". I was very happy that I had an alternative way to pay over the phone so I would not panic about being unable to file my taxes electronically. Whitney was courteous, knowledgeable and very nice.

STATE TAX RETURN ISSUES

FOR THE COST OF DOING STATE EFILES, THE SOFTWARE SHOULD HAVE THE BUGS OUT BEFORE TAX SEASON. ESPECIALLY, SINCE THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN AROUND FOR YEARS!
What's great about it: FAMILIARITY WITH TURBO TAX
What's not so great: ISSUE CONNECTING TO STATE E-FILE BECAUSE OF ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE FROM TURBOTAX.

Not as good as it used to be

This software is great when everything (i.e. W2s and 1099Rs) is done the way it's supposed to be, but if it is different, it becomes complicated and the software seems to have difficulty remembering what it told me in the first place (such as telling me that I can't efile because I don't have a figure in Box 1 on my W2 form and then when it came time to file, it keeps telling me that efiling is better, even though I can't according to the software).
What's great about it: Helpful in making sure you have everything entered
What's not so great: Couldn't update without doing it manually
