Awesome software! Have been using the last 5yrs, and TurboTax makes it a breeze everytime.
What's great about it: Easy to use, lots of explanation points if required

not happy, used turbotax for 15 years. this was not up to standards.
What's great about it: filled out satisfactory
What's not so great: more complicated, not as well organized
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, average software. It wasn't as user friendly as in the past. When you have to go "back" to review a question, it deletes the previous answer in many cases and you have to re-enter.
What's great about it: Gets everything done
What's not so great: Not as user-friendly as expected or other programs in the past

Please try and match the reference numbers to the actual form you are referencing. Too much rhetoric at the end about purchasing coverage--not enough about how to print, get back into file, etc. Not enough explanation about reviewing, As they used to say in programming -- KISS --- I was also very leery this year with your errors, because this is the 2d time you have made major errors -- remember the insurance premium one for civil servants?
What's great about it: It is quick and failry easy
What's not so great: Some questions in re #'s on 1099R & -s don't match the numbers on the 1099.

Long Time Happy Customer

I've been using TurboTax since 2008. I have never had a problem. It is always easy to use and gives me great peace of mind. I'm a very happy customer. I wouldn't use anything else!
What's great about it: Simple and straight-forward
What's not so great: I wish more financial institutions uploaded to TurboTax

I'm glad I decided to use Turbo Tax instead of paying an accountant. This took less time than I expected and all the questions were very easy to understand. I'll definitely use this again next year!
What's great about it: Walked me through step-by-step and much cheaper than paying accountant.
What's not so great: Nobody likes paying taxes

Once again, I managed to whiz through my taxes in less than 4 hours for long-form, multiple-deductions!
What's great about it: Loved entering less information for charitable deductions!
