We GOTTA pay taxes, TurboTax makes it easier

I like the step-by-step analysis, plus the comparison to the previous year helps me make sure I don't forget anything. If you don't need to go through all the steps, you can pick and choose.
If you're not sure about something, there is always a link to more information.
I'm in favor of paying my share of taxes, but I only want to pay what I owe. TurboTax helps make the process a little less painful.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, links to more info if you need it

Cautiously optimistic

Cautiously optimistic about using TurboTax again next year. Read the product features carefully before buying! In 2014, features to handle investments were removed from Deluxe with no change to the product name, leaving a long-time user like myself surprised and frustrated upon discovering the Deluxe features I had used for years were suddenly gone!
Next year, I'll have to re-evaluate TurboTax product line against competitors to find the best value.

I have used TurboTax since it was first introduced. Each year gets even better. Interview questions have become non invasive, and the explanations have become more user friendly.
I would recommend this product to anyone that has a simple tax structured history.
Although my tax audit "temperature" is always shown as low risk, I choose to purchase Audit Defense, so I know I am in good hands.
The benefit of being a repeat user is - the quick transfer of data from last year's file into the current year file. Saves time.
And not to mention - love the TAX REFUNDS!
I would recommend this product to anyone that has a simple tax structured history.

Very easy to load information and transfer information from previous year (great time saver)!
What's great about it: Initial W2 to TT was easy!
What's not so great: Returning to check specific W2 box was not as intutive

What's great about it: Better than paper and cheaper than having someone else doing it.
What's not so great: Had to tae an extra step, easily overlooked, to get deducation for state sles tax.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
