easy to use for my first time doing my taxes alone. wish turbotax would have more information available for those who don't understand terminology or specific deductions listed; even if it doesn't apply.
but overall im satisfied
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: not enough detailed info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been a user of TurboTax for years and it just keeps getting better. I am waiting for it to merge data with NEAT.

Was afraid about a breach and loosing my returns.

When I get my refunds, I will be fully satisfied.
What's great about it: Finished in one day ; first time I think.
What's not so great: None I can think of now. Except maybe the "cost" associated with state filings.

Easy TT

I have had one audit since the 1990's when I started using TT.
The software is trust worthy and accurate. Why pay a CPA?

Easy to use

Recommend Turbo Tax highly.
What's great about it: Even the challenged can easily do their own taxes with the easy turbox tax walk through program.
What's not so great: Need easier way to log your donations throughout the year. Tend to forget the location of the charity, item counts, etc

What's great about it: Easy to follow/User friendly
What's not so great: I didn't get from x1 free state filing. I had to pay to file my state taxes.
