Excellent Turbo

Have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and will continue to use it. It is easy to use as long as you have all of your documents and info together. Would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Simple instructions, complete review for filing.

Some places are ambiguous. Finding a difference between NJ webfile and turbotax. Property tax credit of $50/= was not given by njweb file.

Only a Couple of Challenge

Suggestions that Foreign Taxes paid via mutual funds generally use the country of "Various" would have helped me. And entering Exempt Interest states/percent/amount did not go smoothly.
What's great about it: 1 free State filing would have been appreciated.
What's not so great: Not enough guidance on Foreign Taxes & Exempt Interest

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out and while a few times I had considered using other software, I have always kept with Turbo Tax.
The keep the updates coming and current and even when they have a problem, they have been quick to address it to ensure their customer's security.
What's great about it: Improved greatly over the years.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy

Overall fairly simple to use, however when it came to deducting state sales tax there was no way to insert the actual amount from a years recepets which in some cases can be very considerable.
What's great about it: Self explanetory
What's not so great: Payment Vouchers could be printed on one sheet.

2014 refund

this is a good program, has been nothing but awesome in the past
today I had to sit and wait, while trying to figure out what the heck was wrong...still not sure
finally downloaded and now I am good to go!
