Turbotax is easy to follow and covers all of the questions.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: lots of processing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Done with little questions

I think, alert messages to your turbo accounts as to hackers accessing turbo accounts thus preventing you customers from filing.
What's great about it: easy navigation
What's not so great: email messages as to fraud filing using turbo account info and what do do

This is my first time using the Turbo Tax. My cousin used it for many years, and recommended it to me because she liked it. It was easy to follow, and I was guided through each step. I paid other Tax preparation services to do my taxes for many years, and the fee's kept increasing. I saved over $200.00 using Turbo Tax. I don't know about you, but I could sure use that money for other important things, and besides, I worked hard for my money. I will definitely continue to use Turbo Tax for the rest of my life, now that I know how easy it is to do.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Saved lots of money.
What's not so great: None

Turbo Tax Prep now for 15 years. Doesn't seem likely that we'll do taxes any other way going forward. Excellent product. Excellent results.
What's great about it: Logical Step-by-Step Process Makes Organizing and Submitting Information Quickly/Easily

TAXES MADE EASY

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR YEARS. IT IS VERY EASY TO USE. I DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO A LITTLE ORGANIZATION OF YOUR PAPERWORK/FORMS BEFORE YOU START. I USE PAPER CLIPS TO BUT EVERYTHING IN CATEGORIES- INCOME; INTEREST/DIVIDENDS; TAXES/MORTGAGE; DEDUCTIONS; ETC. THEN I CAN JUST PULL OUT WHATEVER SECTION I'M IN WHILE WORKING. IT ALSO HELPS ME TO KNOW WHAT FORMS I HAVE WHEN TURBO ASKS- DO YOU HAVE ANY...
What's great about it: EASE OF USE
What's not so great: COME ON- IT IS TAXES AFTER ALL

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR THE LAST 7 YRS, VERY SATISFIED, WILL PROBABLY CONTINUE TO USE THE PRODUCT OVER THE FOLLOWING YRS.
