Easy Peasy

I did not print several of my prior years returns I completed with Turbotax. I don't see that I can view the prior years returns if I wanted to. Also, this year I printed and there is a handy page that lists the highlights of the returns in a comparative chart. However, only 2013 and 2014 showed up. Is that b/c I used a different computer for the earlier years? I believe I've been using Turbotax for about 10 years now. I LOVE it!
What's great about it: Import data from prior year and from employer; Cheap; E-filing; Tax assist available and accessible
What's not so great: None

Only way to go

It seems to ask all the questions and for the most part it is easy to fill all the forms and just takes you all the way to the end. I can't see doing taxes any other way.
What's great about it: The program has worked for me for many years

Frustrating

My e-file was rejected because my ss did not match my birthdate. I dont understand why, they are both correct. I printed out my forms to mail instead but now I see a notice saying I must e-file for NYS. What can i do?

have used this software for years and find it easy to use. however this year there were some parts that were a bit more confusing. And the whole mix up of not having stock/mutual sales (schedule D) on the home version was a surprise and disappointment but I commend you on how it was handled and solved. I will continue to always use turbo tax. Because of it I don't need a service - you rock!

What's great about it: Step by Step instructions
What's not so great: A few spots I was unsure of and no info as to where to find the answer--alimony or child support received
