only one issue

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have been very satisfied. I think more people would find the tax experience a lot less stressful if they used Turbo Tax. I only wish they would include better access to the Canadian Pension Plan and Old Age Security for those who have the need. Otherwise, stellar program!
What's great about it: everything is great. have used this for years.
What's not so great: easier input of CCP and OAS. seems a lot of folks need this!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Just love Turbo and have used it the last decade! Keep up the wonderful software.
What's great about it: Since I have done taxes as a job, I enjoy going off on my own without being prompted.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great tool, but comes with added costs

Turbo tax has done it again this year.
PRO- They offer a great tool for filing your taxes. They simply make it easier to do and understand. Walking through each step is useful as well as the "Learn More" feature.
CON- The extra charges for filing state, the extra charge and I might add over priced charge to receive or transmit funds is getting out of hand. I know there is an option to have my refund mailed back, but its slow and I do most of my banking online.

keep good records make it easy on yourself.... Turbo makes the rest so easy and less confusing
What's great about it: get deductions missed before
What's not so great: had to upgrade computer from 2004 model

Your directions for filing a mailed in paper copy need to be clearer. An alternative would be to make printing a paper copy automatic, or the default selection.
What's great about it: it took slightly less time than last year
What's not so great: it doesn't print out what I need to file

Very logical software

We've been using this software for 7-8 years now and it is very easy with clear direct questions, and it improves slightly with each passing year. We are very confident that the turbo tax process maximizes our tax refund.
What's great about it: Straightforward direct questions

Have used Turbo Tax since it first came out. Over the years it has improved, is easier to manage, and quicker.
What's great about it: The current version of Turbo Tax is easier to use, more streamlined, and more user friendly.
What's not so great: None
