I have used Turbo Tax to file for at least 6 years. Had my daughter file her very first 1040EZ with Turbo. They do it all for you - you need an extra form, they give it to you. No more reading through the double talk of the govt issued manuals. Worse than any stereo wiring instructions I've ever read!
Makes tax time so much less stressful and the turnaround with e-filing is quick - refund or not.
Thank you TurboTax for helping take one more thing off my plate!

Filing taxes is time consuming and unlike prior years, this year was by far the WORST. Trying to access your website to back them up, pay with e-filing via credit was the absolute worse.....had to reset my password several times
What's not so great: extremely complicated and very confusing this specific year

I have used TurboTax many years in a row now and I find it to be the easiest way to do my taxes. Doing my taxes is can be difficult and i hate difficult so TurboTax is the best option for me and i have been very pleased with the results.

A Tale of Two Taxes

I have used TurboTax for several years now. The convenience of loading data from last year is great and makes sure I get all those numbers correct. The automation is pretty nifty. We have a pretty simple return, just joint with a couple salary W-2's so I can't evaluate it with respect to the more complicated tax situations. The ability to enter data once and have both the Federal and State tax forms filled in is very convenient. I like the comparison of quantities with last years return as it gives me a good sanity check to know if I have made a big mistake (extra or missing zeros?). The available help also was very useful for several of the topics where I wasn't familiar with the details.
What's great about it: Nice automation, very painless
What's not so great: Doesn't wash dishes

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeasy

This is the second year I have used Turbo tax to prep my federal and state taxes. My tax needs are very basic and Turbo Tax makes it quick and easy to file. I chose to mail my state taxes due to the fees associated with e-filing. Overall a great product.
What's great about it: Pretty much fool proof
What's not so great: Fees associated with state e-file

What's great about it: Easy to follow the steps. Had no problems. It gets better every year.
What's not so great: need more comparisons to last years entry.

I am totally satisfied with the TurboTax system, I have used it for several years and the process seems smoother each and every year.
What's great about it: very self explanatory and all of the help buttons give detailed information

No Surprise Here!

20 years plus using Turbo Tax.
Each year there is an improvement.
We will continue using Turbo Tax until "They," think they are the best there is. Because, at that point pride replaces integrity.
