Easy to use

Each year it gets better and better, making the complex tax laws clearer. I would like some simplifications for entering charitable deductions.
What's great about it: Extra help for each item on the return made it more clear what was needed.
What's not so great: Would like a spreadsheet type entry form for charitable deductions. It took time to go back and forth for each deduction

Response time to questions is unacceptable. We need someone (a person, not a forum) to answer questions (Such as a chat capability). For example, how do I print the "MN Property Tax Refund" that I filled out? I see no way to submit what I filled out if I can't print what I filled out. Forums are hap-hazard, take a long time, & frequently are general and do not answer my specific question.

easy and quick

TurboTax covers everything! Dealing with taxes and the IRS is very very stressful. No one wants to make an mistake because we didn't know the tax laws. Turbo tax helps alleviate that stress. They KNOW what the laws require and guide us through every step from personal information thru every deduction. Then they review for missing information and missing deductions. All you have to do is read the information off of your records. The program puts everything on the appropriate form. I'll never use anything else. Thank you so much for relieving a huge portion of my stressful life.
What's great about it: easy to complete and very thorough

I've been using turbo tax for as long as the product was first develop, and it just keeps getting better and easier to use year after year. Keep up the great job Intuit.
What's great about it: Easy step by step filing
What's not so great: Could be less expensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax! I have used it for years and will continue to use it for years to come.
What's great about it: Easily guides you through every step. Imports previous years data.

Some areas of the interview seemed to be not needed; however, that was just due to my filing status.

Very User Friendly and simple to follow. All questions needed to file my taxe s. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years.
