Love Turbo Tax

Have been using this product for years and it has never failed me!
What's great about it: Has all the forms and advice I need
What's not so great: none that I know of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My "Go To" for taxes

I've been using Turbo Tax for years... Actually there was one year I tried a "named competitor" because I got a good deal on the software....
The next year I was back to Turbo Tax and I've used them since
What's great about it: Easy to use, confident in results
What's not so great: Navigation is sometimes a little confusing...

Simplified my retunrs

If you like to prepare your returns yourself, this is the way to go. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and feel it is accurate and thorough. I am confident that I receive the maximum return possible with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Walks you right through the process !
What's not so great: Can not think of any.

Great Experience

I have used Turbo Tax years and this program gets easier and better every year. The ease of use is amazing. I particularly was impressed by how automated the state return was. Everything needed was pulled right out of the Federal Return. I like the ability to get definitions of terms instantly to explain the meaning of an entry on a line. Calculations are instant. The ability to print and save forms and go back to a form is easy. The walk thru feature is great. This program is reliable and safe. I used customer service to answer a question and the rep was knowledgeable and polite, really instilled confidence.

GLAD I STAYED

With all the hoopla and the snafus with the product this year, I'm glad I waited for my heart to stop racing and remember why it is that I have used TurboTax for so many years. I use the Deluxe Version and it met all my needs. Familiar as an old friend. Our annual 'meeting' was as enjoyable and comfortable as ever!

I have a fairly simple return --- but, in previous years, it was a little more complex. I have always had a positive experience in filing my taxes with TurboTax --- straightforward, easy to follow guidance. Love being able to compare previous year's to current year.

charitable donations asked for date donated and drop down menu offered various as an option but would not let me use various as a date of donation later on.

Works well. Easy to enter data. Efile worked very well this year.
What's great about it: Interview style is good, but the ability to enter data as you need to is essential. Switching back and forth is seamles
What's not so great: Did not appreciate the change in the forms included with the Delux software.
