Each Year It Gets Smoother and Quicker

Overall, TurboTax has been a good experience for me. I can enter the information at my leisure, stop and start when I want to. without having to leave the house.
What's great about it: Convenient, Can Do At Home
What's not so great: The Mix Up With 2014 Deluxe vs Premier Versions

EASIEST TAX PROCESS EVER!!!

I LOVE TURBO TAX. I ACTUALLY STARTED PROCESSING MY RETURN ON H&R BLOCK THIS YEAR, BUT GOT SO FRUSTRATED, I WENT TO BUY TURBO TAX. TURBO TAX IS REALLY THE BEST PRODUCT TO COMPLETE A RETURN. IT IS EASY, CLEAR AND HELPFUL.
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO USE, VERY CLEAR WHAT IS NEEDED.
What's not so great: ONLINE HELP DID NOT WORK, TOOK A WHILE TO LOAD BUT WASN'T TERRIBLE

Doing my taxes has never been easier or faster!

TurboTax has grown up considerably since I started using it over 10 years ago. The newest version makes entering the initial information a breeze, especially when using all of the additional import sources that are now provided. Adding last minute data and altering already input information is a snap, too. Looking forward to using the 2015 version.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Especially easy to add missed data and revise previously entered information.
What's not so great: State e-file cost is too high.

Super easy return!

I'm a retired CPA, but wouldn't do my taxes without TurboTax. I like the way the program leads one thru the return step by step. I think the "it's deductible" section is easier to use than in the past, and is an invaluable tool to assign values to my donation items. Thanks for a great program.
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: had to go back to the list of what has already been done before going on.

I like the ease of completing my federal and state return with turbo tax. I found out I qualified for earned income credit which really increased my refund!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy, user friendly, walk through wizard

The pros and cons sum it all up. The Free State thing seems a bit of a come on.
What's great about it: Loved the step by step approach. Seems to have covered EVERYTHING. Thank you for the extra review and saving me money.
What's not so great: You said I got a free state (which I thought included e-file for the state) - WRONG
