Hard Time this year

Too much trouble installing and then connecting to internet.
What's great about it: once installed easy to do
What's not so great: trouble connecting turbo tax to internet and hard to install this year

Caught in a Loop!

It took me an hour to "fix" the state download loop that I was caught in! Why didn't you include your "fix" with the update?

All of the family's taxes are done

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and will continue to use in the future. It makes tax time easier for me and my family.
What's great about it: Like to be able to help my family so all are completed with filing prior to the deadline
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So easy

If I only would stay organized during year. Turbo Tax is fast, but getting papers in order is what took all the time.

Excellent software

Turbo tax is the only program I use. It is easy and thorough. I did ask a question about student loans and did not receive an adequate response. There should be a way of asking a real person and not FAQs without a charge.
What's great about it: easy and simple to use
What's not so great: answers need to be tailored to questons more

Easy step-by-step guide to fillout all the lines. Rating of audit from IRS is also very helpfull. My case was in green zone.

What's not so great: Hard to download

Swift and Sure

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years. I do not look forward to or enjoy filing income tax forms. That said, I can't think of a more complete, accurate, helpful process than the one TurboTax has fine tuned over the years. I can not think of ANY glitch in the software during that time and the program is so lucid that I don't think I have made any mistakes of note myself in those years. You have some awesome programmers! Give'em a bonus or a turkey or a day off - or a round of high fives and knuckle bumps if nothing else! Thanks for a great product!
What's great about it: Thorough and easy to understand guide questions!
What's not so great: Just wish federal and state tax forms were shorter and simpler.
