TurboTax is a very affordable option, and if your return is a simple one, its a pretty easy way to file taxes and save the costs of using an accountant.
What's great about it: Can use at my own pace in my own home when its convenient for me.
What's not so great: Taxes are still frustrating, no matter how you prepare them.

The information from last year should automatically download to a new computer. With todays technology this is just stupic
that you have to enter all new information. HATE THIS.

I will be looking closer to how I file next year as the questions seem to be more for someone who is in the Tax Filing business, not something a retired person trying to save a couple of bucks can find easy to do. The required nickname is a farce as I had to come up with 7 tries just to answer this.
What's not so great: This was the hardest return to understand of all the years I have used Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. When we had a business it was just as easy to use as now that I am retired. The questions were more extensive when I had deductions for our business but it was still easy. I would recommend this product to anyone doing their taxes on their own.
What's great about it: easy to use, questions take you right through at a good pace
What's not so great: nothing negative to say

Had more trouble even getting Turbo Tax installed let alone used than I ever have. Very disharted I had come to depend on you so much.

Our family has been using Turbo Tax for several years now and wouldn't want to be without it. It is easy to use, guaranteed, affordable and takes the hassle out of keeping up with all the constant tax law changes. Great Product! Highly Recommended!

Less Pain-More Gain with Turbo Tax

I feel that Turbo Tax has made my life easier. The tax preparation and follow through is less stressful and faster. I also feel more confident in the accuracy of the submitted product. The cost for the software is more than offset by my overall satisfaction.
What's great about it: Orderly, thorough, and detailed. Chat feature.
What's not so great: Some tax requirements need better explanations.
