pass protecting lost my forms

I lost my form which is locked in my computer cause I changed my ID. Had to do form all over. Luckily doing the taxes is easy if you have all the information beforehand.
What's great about it: love using Turbo Tax
What's not so great: do not use password or ID to save or you might lose in computer

An outline of tax form numbers at the beginning to show where your specific form will be entered. Some form numbers are so similar that you hesitate to move on when maybe the tax form number has yet to be entered.

Overall, I've used Turbo Tax for several years because I trust the instructions and you can't beat it for value for the price. I know I can count on all my questions answered and the ability to move through the various sections quickly with reviews of my inputs all along the way. It's all a mater of trust.
What's great about it: Simple and straight forward. I was able to move smoothly through the form with clear, helpful instructions.
What's not so great: Not being a computer guy, it took some time to get onto the system.

Im retired and a lot of things happen in a year, so its a good thing there is programs like this to heip people.

Delux version limited amount of expense deductions possible associated with 1099 Misc income. The sales/feature information was misleading re the extent of this limitation. Also, some of the help descriptions, especially on the State return were incorrect or not helpful.
What's great about it: interview design is helpful
What's not so great: Some of the "help" information is sketchy, especially on the state return. Limited expense deduct for 1099misc

I have trusted TurboTax in doing my taxes for years. Sometimes, the specific State entries are difficult to understand. However, after waiting 6 days for the State website to respond to my question, I was confident I could proceed with my return.
What's great about it: Interview is very helpful to assure we got all information in correctly.
What's not so great: Had a little trouble finding specific answers to State questions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

If anyone asks me about Turbo-Tax, I would highly recommend it.
What's great about it: I liked the format and how it guided me step by step
What's not so great: Can't think of any cons
