great pain to install

for the last three years it was a painto set this software up on my computer. I do not want another disc from you ever again in my life time

Quick and Easy

Works well for the few deductions I have. Great for home and small business owners.
What's great about it: Takes me through all the right deductions. I even found some I had been overlooking.
What's not so great: Hard to find your spot if you "Skip For Now".

Taxes Made Easy!

Excellent program, I've tried others, but decided Turbo Tax is the best. Turbo tax is quick, easy to use, and if needed; it provides clear explanations on issues or topics. It finds all of the deductions for the largest refund!
What's great about it: Ease of use, extensive coverage of topics, very thorough
What's not so great: Cost for filing state return electronically is too expensive

Been using Turbo Tax for decades

"It's Deductible" should allow the user to add items not specifically categorized, in the program not a separate entry. For example: I had a list of items I donated on a specific date. Some did not fit into the categories. I had to create a separate entry for each item donated on that same date and it caused me to produce about 30 different 8823 forms and took forever. Something like an "other" button and allow you to create the entry so all items donated on that date can be entered in that one entry. I hope that explains my issue.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: I have issues with the "It's Deductible" program

18th Turbo Tax Year

3 years using MacInTax, then 15 using Turbo Tax. Each year seemed improved over the previous one(s). It seemed to make my most complex filing years easier & always worked fine. I only had to call for help once several years ago.
What's great about it: I choose how to proceed.
What's not so great: Printing or e-filing decision tree could be less confusing.
